Personal Data We Collect
When you book a consultation or contact us, we may collect: your name, work email address, phone number, company name, company size, and details of your enquiry. When you engage our services, we may additionally process employee data necessary to deliver HR, payroll, and staffing services on your behalf.
Analytics and advertising measurement. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use this website and which of our advertisements lead to enquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived at our site. When you arrive from one of our advertisements, including ads shown in ChatGPT, the link may include campaign and click identifiers, which we record with any enquiry you submit or consultation you book so we can measure advertising performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to: respond to enquiries and consultation bookings; deliver contracted HR, payroll, staffing, and advisory services; meet statutory obligations to bodies including KWSP (EPF), PERKESO (SOCSO/EIS), and LHDN; and improve our website and services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Disclosure
Personal data may be disclosed to Malaysian statutory bodies as required by law (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN), to service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations, including Google (website analytics), Calendly (consultation scheduling), and Formsubmit (processing enquiry and download forms), and where required by court order or regulatory direction.
Data Security & Retention
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Payroll and employment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in line with Malaysian statutory requirements, after which they are securely disposed of.
Your Rights
